Decentralized Peer to Peer End to End Encrypted File Syncing and Versioning

Creation of an application framework or proof of concept for the decentralized
end to end encrypted real time communication between two or more hosts in the network.
This gives users more control over who and what to share over the network and also give a
bidirectional support built in the very protocol, rather than using some hacks using polling
and long polling and preventing loss of data during transfer of data, in protocols like µTP.
