Improving the Quality of Health Care Services in Health Centers and Hospitals

Abstract

Although the issue of “quality” has been widely studied in various industries, little attention has been given to
research on the importance of quality in service organizations, specially the quality of health care services in health
centers and hospitals. But, it is important to note that improving the quality of health care services is an important
issue need to be considered by the managers of health care centers and hospitals. The health care sector has special
features that make it different from other sectors, that is, any simple mistake will lead to a major downside.
Therefore, health care services should be proposed perfectly considering the professional standards.
