Charges Policies
Kindly go through the Charges policies before commencing any process.
1) Republication Charges Policy:
- Authors wishing to republish their articles within the same journal are required to pay a republication fee.
- The fee for republication is 500 USD per article.
- This fee must be covered by the authors or their affiliated institutions.
2) Retraction Charges Policy:
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their submissions.
- If retraction is necessary due to errors or misconduct, a retraction charge of 500 USD per article will be applied.
3) Correction Charges Policy:
- Authors are encouraged to thoroughly review their submissions before publication.
- In case of minor errors discovered after publication, a correction charge of 500 USD per article will be applied.
4) DOI Activation Charges Policy:
- A flat fee of 300 USD will be charged for the activation of each Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
- Payment of 300 USD per DOI activation is required in advance.
- This fee covers administrative costs associated with DOI activation and maintenance.
5) Waiver Policy:
- Requests for waivers of charges may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as verified financial hardship.
- Authors seeking waivers should contact the editorial office with comprehensive justifications for their request.
- The editorial office will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
6) Payment Procedure:
- Full payment of all charges is required before proceeding with the respective process.
- Upon notification of the need for any of these processes, payment details and instructions will be provided promptly.
- Authors or their affiliated institutions are responsible for making timely payments to complete the required processes.
7) Policy Enforcement:
- Non-compliance with the specified charges may lead to appropriate measures.
- Such measures could include withholding publication of future submissions from the authors or their affiliated institutions.
- Authors and institutions are advised to adhere to the journal's policies to avoid potential enforcement actions.
